BBVA includes ChatGPT in its legal and marketing services

Spanish bank BBVA has announced the inclusion of OpenAI’s artificial intelligence (AI), ChatGPT, to speed up responses to clients’ legal queries, increase visibility into marketing activities, optimize big data management and improve code development across 900 use cases.

Just last year, BBVA Spain launched an AI that allowed it to measure the financial health of its customers. Such technologies as big data and artificial intelligence have allowed users to receive active information about their income and expenses. Spain: BBVA turns on ChatGPT AI

On this occasion, BBVA will deploy more than 3,000 ChatGPT Enterprise licenses to help develop the code already implemented by its employees. He explained that now his managers will be able to solve 40,000 legal questions sent by clients a year. Also, in order to answer them, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the documentation and sheets with technical characteristics.

Last year, BBVA Spain launched an innovation strategy enable AI to improve the financial health of its customers through a mobile application. So far, 60% of digital customers already use the financial health artificial intelligence features of the BBVA Spain app.
