In a symbolic ceremony, Governor Eduardo Riedel (PSDB) received a document officially announcing funding of 2.3 billion reais for investment in “road logistics infrastructure that allows asphalting and rehabilitation of state roads.” The ceremony took place this Tuesday (12) in Brasilia and was attended by other governors who will also receive loans from state banks to invest in the States.

Under the contract with BNDES (National Bank for Economic and Social Development), the loan will be added to its own resources in the amount of R$ 7.5 billion, a total investment in infrastructure and logistics of R$ 9.8 billion, which is planned to be carried out by 2026 year.

“It was a very symbolic event, as BNDES supports states that have done their homework and have the financial conditions to grant this loan. This will be vital to accelerating the state’s growth,” Riedel said.

The capture of these resources will be possible through the “BNDES FINEM” line, which is dedicated to the financing of public investment projects aimed at increasing production capacity and promoting various sectors of the economy, offering easier terms, reduced interest rates and payment terms. depreciation.
