Under these conditions, an investment of R$500,000 can generate a monthly return of around R$3,700, according to Sanchez, who modeled a portfolio with six FIIs.
There are theoretical portfolio funds dividend yield (rate of return with dividends) monthly from 0.60% to 1.10%, as in the case of Kinea Rendimentos Imobiliários (KNCR11). Check withdrawal details.
