Galletas Gullón stabilizes more than 2,100 direct jobs. In particular, since January 1, 2018, 1,014 jobs have been created in six years and eight months. From January to August 2024, Galletas Gullón expanded its workforce by more than 115 new jobs as a result of new production lines that were launched in response to the company’s increased commercial activity in the Iberian markets.

During the eight months of 2024, 113 permanent contracts were concluded with people who became full-time employees of the company producing cookies. In addition, eleven assistance contracts were created to cover part of the working day for those workers who agreed to partial retirement.

The company’s forecast for the rest of 2024 calls for continued job creation, around 30 new jobs, while forecasts for 2025 and 2026 are well above 100 new jobs per year.
