Petrobras, IRB and Cielo lead Ibovespa falls; index provided by Investing.com

Investing.com — O was down 0.80% at 10:27 am (Brazil time) this Monday the 23rd to 112,238 points. Petrobras, IRB (BVMF: ) and Cielo (BVMF: ) posted the worst decliners, while Carrefour (BVMF: ), Pão de Açúcar and Sabesp (BVMF: ) were the biggest gainers in the index.

Petrobras (BVMF:) — The Board of Directors has approved the submission of a proposal to revise the articles of association to the Extraordinary General Assembly (AGE), which has not yet been convened. The general director of the company, Jean Paul Prates, said that the mission of the state company in Bolivia discussed gas supplies and new investments. Shares fell 3.28% to 36.60 reais.

Méliuz (BVMF: ) — Hix Investimentos said it owns 679,760 Méliuz shares, or 5.86% of the equity, through funds. Shares were flat at R$6.43.

Americanas (BVMF: ) — The retailer ended September with a final cash balance of R$1.195 billion. In addition, it issued a notice of separation of lenders investing in debt securities. Shares lost 1.25% to 0.79 reais.
