Sanchez seeks absolute impunity

He does not want any loopholes to prevent the Sanchista regime from impunity. It is not enough for him that Conde-Pumpido is a puppet at the head of the Constitutional Court, from the filing of the prosecutor’s office, which does not want him to move according to the principle of legality or the “faith” of Armengol, who turned Congress into an appendage of La Moncloa. Colonizing the administration, constitutional bodies, state-owned companies and regulatory bodies is not enough. He needed to sanctify the total impunity of his party, his friends and his family by eliminating the popular charge so that it became a marginal and irrelevant legal institution. For this reason, the PSOE presented a bill in Congress that is a fierce attack on the separation of powers and the rule of law. The denaturalization of this figure, which dates back to the Roman Republic, seeks to eliminate scandals that directly affect his family. He decided it was not a bill but another parliamentary anomaly to avoid the mandatory reports that would have confirmed this devastating attack on justice.

If this unconstitutional reform is approved, he will only have to get his prosecutor’s office to control the investigation of the proceedings. This will be associated with the most absolute arbitrariness. Cases involving the PSOE, the government and his family will never see the light of day or be archived, while his enemies will suffer from brutal campaigns of persecution, such as those currently being dedicated to Ayus. Thus, ending the popular prosecution, which is now controlled by judges, and turning the prosecutor’s office into a political commissariat to eliminate her enemies and rivals is the culmination of her persistent attack on the rule of law. Society cannot remain indifferent to this undemocratic maneuver. Those who support him will be his accomplices because impunity will also serve to act against them when he has the opportunity. With infinite insolence, he gave this bill the name “Guarantee and Protection of Fundamental Rights from Harassment by Abusive Litigation.” That is, it is about ensuring that no one can resist the lawlessness and corruption of the Sanchists, who will be able to violate the rule of law and share the loot without any fear.
