Irma Serrano’s nephew described the process as a “fake seizure” and directly pointed to Pilar de Leon, the actress’ other niece, and her daughter Maria Jose as the alleged culprits in the lawsuit. Garcia claims the family was never officially notified of any lawsuits.

“We don’t know how they managed to fake this seizure. The family was never notified and it all happened very suddenly. The documents for the house have always been in my aunt Irma Serrano’s name and all the taxes have been paid,” Luis Felipe said. .
